Consultancy
General consultancy is provided for a wide range of instances especially around business transformation, review of process and procedures, procurement and supply chain management, compliance and accreditation, business and project management, education and training.
Compliance
tpps has worked in compliance for many decades; more recent instances include the implementation and certification of ISO9001 for an architectural practice, a total overhaul of a contractor’s Integrated Management System (Quality, H&S, Environmental) and the successful accreditation of an event provider’s ISO20121 Sustainable Events Management System.
